Lumen is a portable device that measures metabolism by tracking the Respiratory Exchange Ratio (RER) through a unique breath maneuver. It provides personalized nutrition recommendations, daily guidance on sleep, diet, and exercise, and a Lumen Flex Score to reflect metabolic health. The device analyzes the CO2 concentration in your breath to determine your body's fuel source (carbs or fats) and offers actionable insights based on this data. Lumen is designed to help individuals understand how their body processes food in order to achieve fitness and weight loss goals. It is available as a subscription service with different pricing plans and comes with a smartphone app for tracking and guidance.
